Meetings discussed parents' responsibility for protecting children
Employees of the Patrol Service of the Police conducted a series of lectures for parents, reports the organization's press service.
During the events, key aspects of traffic rules were explained, and attention was drawn to parents' responsibility for the safety of their children.
Particular attention was paid to situations when children ride scooters, mopeds, and bicycles onto the roadway and ignore traffic light signals, which can lead to accidents.
The Patrol Service called on parents to exercise stricter control over how their children spend their time, as well as to prevent them from going onto the roadway without adult supervision and to have regular discussions about the necessity of following traffic rules.
