Patient Complaints. The Center for Alternative Medicine of Zamir Akzholbekovich has been closed
It was established that this center was located in a private house at 50 Shcherbakova Street in Bishkek.
The journalist noted that three complaints from dissatisfied clients regarding the center's operations had been registered recently.
In an interview, one of the patients stated that she was prescribed medications without a prior examination. “My knees hurt, and when I came to the center, I was just sold medicine without any examinations,” she reported.
Aman Osmonov, head of the licensing department of the Ministry of Health, conducted an inspection related to Zamir Akzholbekovich's activities.
During the inspection, it turned out that the healer himself was not present; his brother, Aimanbek Jumakeev, was answering questions. Doubts arose during the inspection regarding the legality of the sale of herbs used in treatment. It was discovered that Akzholbekovich did not have a license for medical activities and refused to provide the requested documents, citing the need for a lawyer's presence.
A fine of 100,000 soms was imposed for illegal medical practice, and the police were called to the scene. The operational group of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department arrived but was not allowed inside and did not gain access to the documents. The investigator conducted an interrogation on-site, sealed the entrance doors, and closed the premises.
The investigation will continue by the police.
Those wishing to report their issues related to the activities of folk healer Zamir Akzholbekovich can contact the Ministry of Health and the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department.
