Among the proposed changes are a reduction in the time for certification and registration from one month to ten working days. Additionally, for applicants from remote regions, the possibility of taking the exam using video conferencing is provided, electronic certificates are being introduced, and an appeals commission is being created for those who disagree with the results of the knowledge assessment.
The certification will take place in two stages:
- testing, which will allow 40 minutes to answer 30 questions;
- an interview, aimed at assessing theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The evaluation will be conducted on a five-point scale, and to successfully pass the exam, a score of at least 3.6 points is required.
