According to the information, the commission that was formed included representatives from the Jumgal district state administration, the district architectural department, the state architectural and construction control department, as well as specialists from the Chayek ayil okmotu.
During the raids, building owners were informed about the requirements of the legislation in the field of urban planning. Those who violated legal norms were handed notifications indicating the need to either bring their documents in line with the legislation or dismantle the constructions.
The main requirements voiced by the authorities include:
- exclusion of unauthorized and chaotic construction;
- use of land in accordance with its designated purpose;
- carrying out construction work only with all necessary permits;
- maintaining cleanliness and order in the areas adjacent to roads and in public places.
Commission members noted that the improvement of settlements and adherence to sanitary norms is the responsibility of every citizen. Regular inspections will be conducted to enhance the appearance of the district center and ensure safety on the roads, which is often compromised by illegal constructions.
