Citizens are advised to exercise increased caution
The situation in the Middle East remains tense, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic urges its citizens in the United Arab Emirates to remain vigilant and cautious.
The ministry emphasized the importance of monitoring official statements from local authorities, including the UAE Ministry of Interior and other authorized agencies, and relying only on verified sources of information. Citizens are strongly advised to refrain from spreading unverified information.
The UAE authorities have decided to temporarily extend the accommodation of citizens in hotels without additional costs, as well as to suspend evictions due to canceled or rescheduled flights.
In light of this, Kyrgyz citizens in the UAE are advised to stay in hotels and wait for official notifications from local authorities. It is also recommended to maintain contact with Kyrgyz diplomatic missions, tour operators, and airlines.
In the event of an alarm or other emergency situations, citizens should strictly follow the instructions of law enforcement agencies and hotel staff.
Additionally, considering the closed airspace in the UAE, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges considering the possibility of leaving by land transport or through third countries only in emergencies, while closely monitoring official recommendations.
To ensure operational interaction and up-to-date information about Kyrgyz citizens in the UAE, the ministry requests that individuals report their whereabouts to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic, providing the following information:
- Full name;
- Date of birth;
- Passport number;
- Actual address of residence in the UAE;
- Contact information.
