The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed about the situation of Kyrgyz citizens in the Persian Gulf countries

As of today, there are no reports of Kyrgyz citizens being harmed in the Persian Gulf countries. This was reported by Seytek Jumakadyrov, the director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
According to him, consular staff are actively interacting with hotels to prevent the eviction of citizens. In Abu Dhabi, the number of Kyrgyz citizens is small, and there are no issues with accommodation.
"There are about 800 citizens of Kyrgyzstan in Qatar who cannot leave, and approximately 1000 in the United Arab Emirates," he added.
Seytek Jumakadyrov also noted that consuls in Dubai are working even at night to quickly resolve emerging issues. In Saudi Arabia, most Kyrgyz citizens are pilgrims who have arrived for Umrah.

Currently, the main problems are faced only by Kyrgyz citizens in Dubai and Qatar.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly recommends that citizens adhere to official recommendations and maintain communication with consular institutions.
