The complex will be further developed
The technical opening of the underground complex Old Bishkek took place in Bishkek, according to information provided by Tashbolot Holding.
Since the complex began operations, residents have been able to use a through pedestrian passage connecting Shopokov and Abdrakhmanov streets.
Tashbolot Holding noted that this launch is technical and aimed at creating convenient conditions for movement.
As of today, six escalators have been put into operation, and ramps and spacious corridors have been organized.
In the near future, the installation of seven elevators is expected, which will create a fully barrier-free environment, eliminating obstacles for the elderly, people with disabilities, parents with strollers, and other citizens.
Additionally, a two-level parking lot accommodating more than 250 cars is being prepared for opening. With the improvement of weather conditions, landscaping of the above-ground area will begin, which includes greening and modern lighting.
The complex is located in the center of the capital and has repeatedly attracted the attention of both the public and authorities.
