On February 27 in Bishkek, unscheduled inspections were conducted in kindergartens No. 70 and No. 111 under the leadership of Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva.
As a result of the inspection, serious violations in the areas of finance and management were identified.
In particular, in kindergarten No. 70, employees accepted payments for meals via mobile transfers to personal accounts, which violates current legislation requiring funds to be transferred only to the official bank account of the institution. Following the inspection, an employee was dismissed, and the director was subjected to disciplinary action for insufficient oversight.
Regarding kindergarten No. 111, cases of food theft were recorded. Hidden boxes of products intended for illegal removal were found, and nutrition standards were violated. The materials related to this case will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies, and the municipality will take necessary measures in accordance with the law.
It is emphasized that unscheduled inspections will continue on a regular basis to prevent violations of sanitary norms and compliance with legislation, as well as to ensure transparency and safety in the capital's preschool institutions.
