The name of the drones arose due to their "public oversight" function, reminiscent of the work of voluntary people's patrols. In recent years, there has been a rise in the activity of such associations in Kazakhstan, and the digitalization of public order monitoring is a logical continuation of this trend. The introduction of drones is aimed at improving safety levels and ensuring rapid response to incidents in places of mass gatherings of citizens.
