According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, he is currently located in the Eloy Detention Center in Arizona, which is managed by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The General Consulate of Kyrgyzstan in Chicago is actively working to resolve this issue in cooperation with the relevant American authorities and is monitoring the situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
