In 2025, the government of Kyrgyzstan undertook a series of measures aimed at improving the living conditions of citizens, reforming the labor market, and increasing targeted social assistance.

At a national meeting in "Yntymak Ordo," Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baisalov reported that a revised labor code came into effect in the country. New forms of employment were introduced, including remote and mixed work, as well as quotas for people with disabilities and graduates of orphanages.

According to the deputy chair, the average monthly salary in 2025 amounted to 44,419 soms, which corresponds to an increase of 18.9%. The amount of payments under the "social contract" project was also increased from 100,000 to 150,000 soms.

Furthermore, for each child left without parents, a payment of 500,000 soms is provided upon reaching the age of 18. Currently, accounts have been opened for 3,378 children, to which 684 million soms have already been credited. To enhance the efficiency of social services in the regions, 103 new locally produced vehicles have been purchased.
