The Call center of Kaktus.media continues to receive complaints from residents expressing dissatisfaction with the formed puddles and requesting attention to issues with the drainage system. A similar situation was previously reported by one of the residents of Ankara Street.

- At the intersection of Jibek Jolu and Suyumbaeva, the situation is such that pedestrians literally have to swim across, as the drainage is not functioning.
