According to information from the city administration, the municipal inspection initiated administrative proceedings against citizen M.F.K. under Article 114 of the Code of Offenses, concerning violations of landscaping rules. As a result, the man was fined 3000 soms.
During the inspection, it was found that the offender had illegally installed a pipe for discharging wastewater. Due to the location of the house on a remote and narrow street, this connection went unnoticed for a long time. The pollution was discovered by an ecologist who arrived at the scene of the incident. After the fine was imposed, specialists from the "Vodokanal" company dismantled and blocked the illegal pipe.
Currently, an investigation is ongoing to determine the time and methods used to carry out the illegal connection.
