In 2025, the State Mortgage Company demonstrated record growth
President Sadyr Japarov reported significant changes in the country's housing policy over the past five years at a republican meeting.
He noted that in 2025, the State Mortgage Company achieved record results, providing apartments to more than 4,600 families within one year.
“This already accounts for 50% of the total number of apartments issued over the previous four years. Since 2021, 9,250 families across the country have received their own housing,” the president added.
Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the funds allocated for housing construction are distributed evenly: 50% goes to the northern part of the country, while the remaining 50% goes to the south.
Last year, out of a total of 400 million dollars, 200 million was allocated to each of these regions.
“This year, we also plan to allocate 400 million dollars, divided equally. Considering the similarity in population numbers on both sides, we adhere to the principle of fair distribution,” he noted.
