During his working trip to the Jalal-Abad region, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, Nurdun Oruntaev, visited several construction sites. The press service of the ministry reports this. One of the key facilities he inspected was a new administrative building intended for the Jalal-Abad Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, located at: 6/2 J. Abdurakhmanov Street.
During the visit, the minister met with the staff of the department and noted that the building will be put into operation in the near future. He also emphasized the importance of architects in the development of the region, adding that the buildings of architectural departments should set standards for modern urban infrastructure.
The three-story building, with a total area of 1,000 square meters, is being constructed in compliance with all modern standards. It will provide comfortable conditions for employees and quality services for citizens. Construction work began in October 2025.
Previously, the department was located in an old and inconvenient building, which created difficulties for the team’s work. The construction of the new administrative facility is being financed not from the state budget, but from the internal resources of the ministry.
