Recently, Gulsara Khabirovna Rysalieva, one of the most respected retirees of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, received the sad news of her death, as reported by her relatives, noting that she had been battling illness for a long time.
In 1961, after graduating from the Kyrgyz State University, she began her career in the apparatus of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, where she worked until she was 30 years old.
In 1991, she was granted a personal pension at the republican level.
In recent years, Gulsara Rysalieva's health significantly deteriorated; she underwent several surgical procedures and, unfortunately, passed away after prolonged suffering.
