In Bishkek, horses were spotted grazing freely. A witness who filmed this and sent it to the Call center Kaktus.media reported that the animals are in the yards of residential buildings in the "Asanbay" microdistrict.

He expressed concern that the horses could pose a danger to children and damage cars.
