In 2026, three new energy facilities are planned to be commissioned in the Talas region as part of reforms initiated by the Ministry of Energy. This aims to provide the population with quality and stable electricity.
According to information from the press service of JSC "NESC", the financing for the construction and reconstruction is being carried out from the company's own resources, and the contracting work is being conducted by the Talas Electric Networks enterprise. The project includes the following:
Creation of a new production workshop for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products, which will be an important step for the development of the energy and construction sectors in the region. This facility will be equipped with modern equipment, allowing for the creation of new jobs and ensuring stable employment for local residents.
The workshop is planned to produce reinforced concrete poles of types SV-105 and SV-110, which are intended to replace outdated poles in the area.
Construction of a new administrative building in the Aitmatov district. The single-story building with a total area of 238 square meters will be designed for eight employees. The existing building, constructed in 1960, does not meet modern requirements, so the new building will be erected in accordance with current safety standards and working conditions, which will improve management and service.
Reconstruction of the building of the Talas Electric Networks enterprise, which houses the insulation and high-voltage overhead line services. The reconstruction will include improvements to the technical condition of the building, repairs to internal and external premises, as well as modernization of engineering systems.
As reported by the department, construction and installation work on all listed facilities will begin in March 2026, with commissioning scheduled for October 2026.
