In June and July of this year, 1,104 apartments are scheduled to be handed over in Bishkek, at 91 Malikova Street. This was reported by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of the State Investment Corporation, on the air of Birinchi Radio.
It is important to note that the transfer of apartments in the city of Osh and the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region is scheduled for April and May.
“Earlier, at the beginning of the year, as part of the second phase of the program, 1,080 apartments were issued at 91 Malikova Street. The next stage of housing distribution will take place in the city of Osh and the Kara-Suu district, and this process is planned for the second quarter, which corresponds to April and May. In Bishkek, at the end of the second - beginning of the third quarter, the issuance of 1,104 apartments at the same address is expected as part of the second phase of the second stage. The remaining apartments will be distributed by quarters until the end of the year, and a total of about 20,000 apartments are planned to be handed over across the country,” Keldibekov added.
Moreover, he emphasized that the deadlines for housing issuance depend on the pace of construction work.
