Explanations from the city court
The judicial proceedings in the case of Imamidin Tashov, the founder of the construction company KG Group, have been returned to the first instance. This was reported by the Bishkek City Court.
According to the court, the case has been sent back for proper documentation, as the materials were missing the appeal and the petition for the restoration of the missed deadline by the defendant, which were submitted to the office of the Pervomaisky District Court on December 30, 2025, but were not attached to the case.
It should be reminded that Imamidin Tashov was detained in April 2024 and accused of attempting to seize power by force.
In July 2025, the Pervomaisky District Court found him guilty and sentenced him to nine years of imprisonment.
