At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ismanali Joroev voiced information circulating on social media about the possible involvement of deputy Chyngyz Ajibaev's father in criminal activities.
He noted that such rumors cause alarm and active discussions in society.
According to Joroev, these reports not only provoke public resonance but also seriously undermine the reputation of the entire parliamentary body.
“I believe it is important for the competent authorities to conduct a legal examination of this information in accordance with the law. If the facts are confirmed, appropriate measures must be taken regarding both the position held and the deputy mandate to maintain citizens' trust in the authorities,” added Ismanali Joroev.
It was previously reported that deputy Chyngyz Ajibaev voluntarily resigned from his position as the first deputy speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.
