As part of its activities, the State Mortgage Company (GMC) provides apartments under a quota system for government agencies and institutions involved in construction. This was reported on the air of Birinchi Radio by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of the GMC.
Keldibekov noted that to receive quotas, government institutions must either transfer a land plot or provide financial resources for construction.
“Organizations that participate in construction work and have transferred land or funds to us can expect to receive an additional 20 percent of the total number of units being built on a quota basis. It is important to emphasize that such apartments are intended only for citizens who are on the waiting list for the GMC programs ‘My Home,’ including ‘Preferential Mortgage,’ ‘Affordable Mortgage,’ and ‘Social Mortgage,’” he added.
Among the institutions that have previously contributed to construction projects, Keldibekov mentioned the Penal Enforcement Service, the Ministry of Defense, and the Border Service.
