According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Labor of the Kyrgyz Republic, as of January 1, 2026, a total of 136,568 'balaga süünçü' payments were made upon the birth of children.
Out of this number, 36 children were born as a result of multiple pregnancies (triplets or more).
This payment, which amounts to 4,000 soms, is provided for each newborn regardless of the family's income.
For families where three or more children are born at the same time, the payment amount increases to 50,000 soms for each child.
