Pope asks priests to stop writing sermons with the help of ChatGPT
During an open discussion with the clergy of the Roman diocese, the Pope noted: “Like muscles in the body, if we do not train our brain, it loses its strength. Our intellect requires constant work; otherwise, we risk losing it. A true sermon is a sermon of faith, and artificial intelligence cannot convey it to people,” he emphasized.
Furthermore, he pointed out the difficult conditions faced by many youth groups: problems in families, divorces, and the absence of parents. The Pope also noted the contrast between a deep spiritual life and superficial activity on the internet, where the presence of likes and followers creates a false sense of significance and self-fulfillment.
