In the month of mercy: little Umar needs a chance to live without pain
In the holy month of Ramadan, when believers open their hearts to good deeds and every kind act is rewarded manifold, the family of three-year-old Umar Tashtanbekov is reaching out for help from their compatriots.

A tragic story

Umar was born in March 2022 as a healthy and strong baby. However, at seven months, his life changed due to an accident – a fall that led to numerous medical errors and subsequent complications, including a stroke, a brain contusion, and meningoencephalitis.

Now, Umar's medical chart resembles a long list of illnesses that can be difficult to manage even for an adult:

Childhood cerebral palsy (CP) and left-sided hemiparesis (paralysis of one side of the body).Hydrocephalus (consequences of shunting).Structural epilepsy.Developmental delay: Umar cannot sit, walk, or speak.

Life in the shadow of epileptic seizures

The family is currently facing horrific seizures. Despite regular intake of powerful medications, epileptic seizures occur up to 5–6 times in the morning. The child gasps for breath, his body goes into spasms, and each such attack harms his brain and causes unbearable suffering.

Hope for salvation in Turkey

Doctors from the Turkish clinic "Medical Park" are ready to offer Umar assistance. The only way to stop the agonizing epileptic seizures is through a high-tech vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) surgery.

The cost of the necessary "package of hope," which includes the surgery and all accompanying services, is $25,000. This amount is unaffordable for an ordinary family from the Chui region, who have been fighting for their son's life for many years.

Time for good deeds

Ramadan is a time when we especially reflect on those in need of help. The Prophet said: "Whoever relieves a believer from one of the sorrows of this world, Allah will relieve him from one of the sorrows of the Day of Resurrection."

Your donation can be an important step towards Umar's recovery. You can contribute any amount to the specified details. Even a small amount of help in this holy month can be decisive.

Details for helping the child: +(996) 504 065 577 (the boy's mother, Khanzada).

Let's give Umar the chance to grow up without pain!
