On February 25, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Nurdana Oruntaev, visited the construction sites of new schools in Manas. He was accompanied by the presidential representative in the Jalal-Abad region, Tilek Tekebaev, the mayor of the city, Abdipat Matkalikov, and representatives of the relevant services.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the project envisions that the new educational institutions will accommodate between 275 and 650 students. They will be equipped with all necessary facilities according to modern standards, including ventilation and fire safety systems. The safety and health of students are a priority, and solar panels are planned to be installed in the schools, which will contribute to increased energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The construction of the schools is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," while the Department of Housing and Civil Construction oversees the quality and compliance with deadlines.
The Minister of Construction instructed the relevant state bodies to monitor the quality and timely execution of construction work.
