“Our area is not in the city center and does not belong to the microdistricts; however, its location is quite convenient.
Local residents are satisfied with their lives and do not intend to sell their plots; on the contrary, many are investing in their homes. Nevertheless, we know that construction companies are already showing interest in our territory.One of the property owners recounted how representatives of a construction firm tried to persuade her to sell her plot, claiming that they had already purchased the neighboring houses. After speaking with her neighbors, she realized that this was not true and refused them.
Now that our area has become a zone for multi-story development, we are worried that sooner or later construction companies will start their manipulations,” local residents report.
They also express concern that the change in the status of the territory could lead to a “construction frenzy,” as if any company buys a plot, it could build a multi-story building next to private homes, which would negatively impact the infrastructure of the entire area.
Residents are appealing to the city hall to reconsider this decision.
We, the local residents, urgently request that the city hall consider the possibility of excluding our area from the multi-story development zone and restore its status as individual residential development, which existed until December 25, 2025.
