At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on February 25, a deputy proposed that prenatal payments be granted to all pregnant women based on medical certificates, rather than only to those who are officially employed or have the status of individual entrepreneurs. She also noted that the payments are intended for women born before 1994 who own agricultural land.
“Although the amounts of these benefits are not very large, such a measure would provide significant support for all pregnant women,” emphasized Torobekova.
