In Bishkek, in the territory of the 12th microdistrict, the process of dismantling the extension of the 'Oriental' cafe, located at: 45 Karalaeva Street, has begun. This notification was issued by the City Hall's Land Use Control Department.
According to information from the City Hall, the main building of the cafe is on private property; however, the extension, which was built on the eastern side, was found to be constructed on municipal land without the necessary permits. The dimensions of the extension are 9 meters wide and 27 meters long, and it is located over the 'Alamedin' river.
The owner of the cafe, the company OsOO 'Oriental', received a notification about the need to voluntarily dismantle the extension. In response, they provided a receipt for the payment of 330,000 soms for the actual use of the municipal plot, dated June 13, 2024.
The owner also submitted a guarantee obligation for the voluntary dismantling of the extension. Currently, the dismantling work is ongoing.
