According to the municipality, the mayor expressed dissatisfaction with the contractor, who made changes to the project twice without approval, causing discontent among local residents.
“Aybek Junushaliev emphasized that such actions are unacceptable. Every project must go through the official approval process and be communicated to the client before any work begins. It is essential to strictly adhere to the principles of legality and fairness,” the official statement said.
As a result of the discussion, the mayor proposed a solution that considers the interests of all parties, including the State Administration "Unaa" and the city's residents. The contractor was instructed to develop an updated road construction project as soon as possible.
