Torobaev explained that Kamchybek Tashiev had approached him with a request to persuade his brother to sell a plot of land near the "Barcelona" academy in Manas at a lower price.
“I rarely communicate with Erkin, so I asked my brother: 'Does Erkin have a plot? They are considering the possibility of selling it.' I asked to be connected with him. I didn't inquire about the amount for which the plot was sold and was unaware of the details of the deal. I recently learned that part of Erkin's property had been confiscated, and to understand the situation, I called him and asked a few questions,” he said.
Torobaev emphasized that their conversation was private and should not be used for political purposes.
