In Bishkek, a conflict arose due to violations related to the construction by a foreign company. The head of the municipal inspection, Mirlan Taalaibekov, expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the central street, where developers installed barriers directly on the sidewalks. This led to the blocking of pedestrian pathways and partially obstructed the visibility of the traffic light.

During an on-site inspection, serious violations were identified: illegally installed fences, occupied pedestrian paths, lack of safe detours, and non-compliance with urban environment standards.

One of the most acute issues was the absence of informational signs in the Kyrgyz language, which contradicts the law on the state language.

According to the inspection, the meeting with representatives of foreign developers took place in a tense atmosphere. The municipality demanded the immediate removal of illegally installed barriers and the alignment of the area with safety standards and legislation.

The inspection warned that administrative measures would be applied in case of non-compliance with the requirements.
