Recall that in the 2025 season, when the league was called the Kyrgyz Premier League, 14 teams participated in the competition, and the championship title was won by "Bars" from Karakol.
In the new season, teams such as "Dordoi," "Ilbirs," "Aziyagol," "Alga," "Bishkek City" (Bishkek), "Abdysh-Ata" (Kant), "Aziya" (Talas), "Alay," and "OshMU" (Osh), "Bars" (Karakol), "Kyrgyzaltyn" (Kara-Balta), "Muras United" (Manas), "Nefchi" (Kochkor-Ata), "Ozgon" (Uzgen), "Talant" (Besh-Kungey), and "Toktogul" (Toktogul) will join the fight.
The schedule for the first round of matches is as follows:
On March 1, matches are expected between "Ilbirs" and "Alay" and "Nefchi" with "Ozgon." On March 2, the matches "Kyrgyzaltyn" - "OshMU" and "Aziyagol" - "Abdysh-Ata" will take place. The round will conclude on March 3 with the meeting of "Alga" with "Talant" and "Bishkek City" with "Bars." The matches "Toktogul" - "Muras United" and "Aziya" - "Dordoi" have been postponed to March 18.
