Monday, February 23, despite being a holiday, will not be a day off.
As is known, Defender of the Fatherland Day was included in the list of holidays according to the Labor Code adopted in 2025; however, a day off is not provided for this day.
It is important to note that International Women's Day this year falls on a Sunday, but March 9 will also not be a day off. According to current legislation, the transfer of non-working holidays that fall on a Saturday or Sunday is no longer practiced.
As for the celebration of Nowruz, there will be no additional day off since it falls on a Saturday, and the transfer of weekends has been canceled.
Nevertheless, one additional day off is expected in March due to the holiday of Orozo Ait. It is anticipated that it may be on March 19 or 20, and the final date will be confirmed after checking the lunar calendar.
