Kyrgyzstan and North Macedonia Sign Memorandum on Cultural Cooperation
According to the ministry's information, the document was signed by the directors of the institutions: Muratbek Begaliev from the theatre and Marjan Katarovski from the center.
This memorandum includes the development of areas such as opera, choral, and ballet arts. Within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to organize tours, concerts, festivals, and joint productions. It also provides for the involvement of professionals, including directors, conductors, soloists, as well as artists from the choir, orchestra, and ballet for collaborative creative projects. In addition, the cooperation will cover the field of professional education, with the conduct of master classes, internships, and educational programs, as well as the exchange of scientific publications and research.
This memorandum will contribute to the expansion of international creative ties and the promotion of Kyrgyz opera and ballet arts on the global cultural stage, as well as strengthening cultural diplomacy between the countries. The term of the agreement is five years with the possibility of automatic extension.
