Bekeshev: State Mortgage is Becoming More and More Unattainable
Bekeshev emphasized that after leaving orphanages, these young people face serious problems: "What happens to them? Where do they live? What education do they receive? How do they secure housing? Although they accumulate a deposit from childhood, it is not enough. State mortgages are unavailable to them! One should not rely on it. I ask that this issue be considered comprehensively," he said.
The deputy also questioned how the state would address the problem of providing citizens with housing. "Let's be frank: state mortgages are becoming inaccessible for many. Prices are rising, and socially vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities and orphans, cannot take advantage of state mortgages. They do not have sufficient income. How can they live? I believe the state should provide assistance. Let's build houses or dormitories for them. State mortgages are developing on their own path, but due to inflation, they are becoming increasingly inaccessible," Bekeshev noted, urging the cabinet to discuss this issue.
