According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, scammers have become active in Kyrgyzstan, creating fake video addresses, including from the president, using deepfake technology. These videos represent an attempt to deceive citizens.

Criminals aim to mislead and manipulate people, urging them to transfer funds or disclose personal information.

Law enforcement agencies strongly recommend that citizens exercise caution and remain vigilant to avoid becoming victims of fraud.
