He noted that the previous school building, which served the village for 50 years, has been replaced with a new one, the construction of which cost 152 million soms from the republican budget. The new school is designed for 275 students and is equipped with modern classrooms, a library, a cafeteria, and all necessary equipment.
“Education is the main asset of our state. In the modern world, knowledge is more important than strength. We strive to create all the conditions for quality education and upbringing of citizens, following global standards and developing the education sector,” said Kasymaliev.
He also emphasized that one of the key tasks set by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic is to improve the quality of education and create the necessary conditions for this. Currently, the government is showing special care for children by building and opening many modern schools. In 2025, 16 new educational institutions were put into operation in the Osh region.
In his speech, Adylbek Kasymaliev also addressed the teachers, emphasizing that the progress of the country depends on the quality of education. He noted that the state is creating the necessary conditions, including increasing teachers' salaries starting in April of this year.
“The budgetary capabilities allow for increasing salaries for teachers, medical workers, and cultural sector employees. In recent years, the salaries of education workers have already been increased twice. The new construction project for schools and reforms in salary should go hand in hand with high-quality education,” concluded the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
