The process of accepting and analyzing applications for obtaining a social contract has begun in the Kyrgyz Republic, as reported by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration.
The ministry clarified that applications can be submitted to the rural administration (айыл өкмөту) or to the regional offices of the department.

The "Social Contract" program provides an opportunity to receive 150,000 soms free of charge for starting a small business. This year, 13,334 families will be able to participate in it.

Low-income and needy families, who have a social passport or receive assistance under the "home-family aid" program, are eligible for funding. Additionally, the family must demonstrate labor and property potential and present a viable business plan.

"Priority will be given to families planning to implement projects in the field of ecology and within the framework of the 'One Village - One Product' initiative, as well as to persons with disabilities and families with sustainable and profitable business plans," the ministry added.

The decision to conclude a social contract is made by a temporary commission established under the local state administration, and in cities, by the social affairs commission of the city hall. These commissions include representatives of local authorities, councils, the business community, and public organizations, and they operate under the guidance of the heads of local state administrations and territorial offices of the Ministry of Labor.
