According to information from the Ministry's press service, this document has become the basis for the implementation of the Program to Support Private Preschool Educational Organizations.
The main goals of the program are as follows:
- reducing the shortage of places in kindergartens;
- equalizing conditions between urban and rural areas;
- providing children with quality preschool services.
Within the framework of this memorandum, it is planned to create and expand a network of private preschool educational institutions in 40 rural districts, which will allow for the inclusion of at least 500 children. Special attention will be given to supporting women entrepreneurs in the field of preschool education.
It is also planned to construct at least 10 municipal kindergartens that will meet the energy certificate class "B" and use climate technologies to ensure a safe and quality educational process.
