According to the ministry's information, within the framework of this project, memorandums of cooperation were signed between the ministry, the public fund "League of Child Rights Defenders," and the private fund Mother’s Home International Foundation. This event marked an important step in strengthening the interaction between government structures and civil society in the field of child and family rights protection.
The ministry emphasized the importance of joint actions in combating violence, abuse, and discrimination against children, as well as in developing alternative forms of guardianship and family upbringing.
It is planned that in cooperation with the public fund "League of Child Rights Defenders," programs aimed at protecting children in difficult life situations, enhancing the qualifications of specialists working with children, and creating effective mechanisms for interagency cooperation will be implemented.
As part of the partnership with the Mother’s Home International Foundation, special attention will be given to the "Эне үйү" project, which is a center supporting mothers and children in crisis situations. The main goal of the project is to prevent the abandonment of newborns by providing psychological, medical, and social-legal assistance to pregnant and young women.
It should be noted that the first resource center "Эне үйү" was opened in Bishkek in May 2025.
