The company "Alliance Altyn" provided support in training teachers.
In the Talas region, 120 secondary school teachers underwent training in modern methods of preparing students for the national exam, organized with the support of the company "Alliance Altyn".
This initiative was implemented by the public organization "Bilimlend" in January 2026. Teachers from the Aitmatov, Talas, Bakai-Ata, and Manas districts, as well as from the city of Talas, received certificates for successfully completing the preparation course for the ORT.
Ernis Jakypov, chairman of "Bilimlend," noted that in 2024, the training programs would be limited to the Manas district; however, the company "Alliance Altyn" initiated a project that received financial support to expand throughout the Talas region in the 2025-2026 academic year.
"In the first year, we trained teachers only in one district. This year, thanks to the company's support, we were able to cover almost all accredited schools. Each teacher was provided with one hundred textbooks for ORT preparation, and now they will be able to organize a two-month preparation course for graduates, for which they will be rewarded," added Ernis Jakypov.
Leaders of educational institutions from both the city and the districts emphasized the importance of such educational initiatives and expressed gratitude to the project organizers. The main goal is to improve the quality of education in the Talas region and support graduates from remote villages in successfully passing the national exams.
Since its establishment, the organization "Alliance Altyn" has actively supported the education sector and funded various initiatives.
