The Help the Children-SKD Foundation held another charity event at the National Center for Maternal and Child Health (NCMCH)
This time, the event was organized in honor of International Childhood Cancer Day and aimed at supporting young patients in the oncology department of the National Center for Maternal and Child Health (NCMCH). A press release received by the editorial office outlines the goals of the event.

According to the statement, the main objective of the event is to provide children with care, attention, and warmth, as well as to draw public attention to the issues faced by young patients.

As reported, during the event, young patients from the oncology and hematology departments received assistance totaling 740,000 soms:

Additionally, diapers, toys, clothing, and books were provided to support children and their families during this challenging time.

The organizers expressed special gratitude to the management and students of the "ABC School" educational complex for their participation in the event and for the books donated for children from the hematology department, which helped replenish the department's library.

The president of the foundation, Elena Koneva, noted: "We want to remind society that the problems of childhood oncology can only be solved together. Every small gift, every smile, and any help brings us closer to our goal - to make treatment accessible and improve the lives of our children."
