"When you enter, it becomes unbearable; your eyes water from the smell, and the cold and dampness only worsen the situation," the video author said, adding that the toilet is also used by children from preparatory groups.
The local resident sent an appeal to the mayor of Shopokov urging him to take measures to repair the toilet, specifically to fix the roof leaks. He believes that minimal financial investment will be needed to solve the problem.
So far, there have been no official comments from local authorities regarding this situation.
