Prosecutor Kubanychbek Nurullaev noted that the main problem lies in the lack of attention from parents. According to him, many are focused on the material aspects of life, such as daily routines and household matters, and overlook the psychological state of their children. "The family is a reflection of society. All problems should be addressed primarily within the home. It is important for parents to know what their children are living through, what they dream about, and what worries them. The responsibility for a child's psychological state lies with the fathers and mothers," the prosecutor emphasized.
The discussion also touched on the influence of the internet. Nurullaev pointed out the risks associated with uncontrolled smartphone use. When handing gadgets to children, parents often do not monitor what content they consume and how it may affect their psyche.
Representatives of the supervisory authority reminded that upbringing is not only a moral but also a legal obligation. According to the Code of Offenses, parents can be held administratively responsible for the misconduct of children under 16, including fines.
