In Kyrgyzstan, the standard for public services in additional education is being changed
This document has been developed in accordance with paragraph 66 of the Unified Register of State Services and defines the general requirements for the process of providing additional professional education (DPO) in educational institutions under the ministry's management.
According to the new standard, the service will be available to adult citizens who possess professional education. After successfully completing the course and assessment, participants will receive certificates or diplomas in additional professional education.
The standard specifies requirements for the learning conditions, including the availability of equipped classrooms, laboratories, computer equipment, libraries, and qualified instructors. Additionally, conditions for ensuring access for individuals with disabilities are explicitly outlined.
The duration of educational programs must be at least 72 academic hours. The time for accepting documents and issuing results should not exceed 60 minutes. The possibility of providing the service in electronic format using distance technologies is also provided.
Educational institutions are required to publish information about the cost of their services on official websites and information boards. Quality parameters for the provided service have been established, including the prevention of discrimination, adherence to deadlines, and the availability of a complaint and suggestion book.
The draft also includes the procedure for refusing to provide the service and mechanisms for appealing such decisions. Written complaints must be addressed within 14 days.
