According to the SAMK, seven reports were filed against the company NUR UMRA Travel, and five complaints were received from pilgrims.
Representatives of the company requested time until February 9 to rectify the identified violations; however, no necessary actions were taken. As a result, a unanimous decision was made to revoke the license of NUR UMRA Travel," the SAMK noted.
