The Central Election Commission (CEC) has decided to review the results of the elections in the multi-mandate district No. 13, which were previously annulled. Following the new analysis, the election results were recognized as valid; however, the results for one of the candidates were annulled.

The reason for the re-analysis was the materials presented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigation, violations were identified related to the use of mobile phones at polling stations, which were linked to supporters of candidate Bakyt Sydykov. No criminal cases were initiated against other participants in the elections.

As a result of the meeting, the CEC made several important decisions. In particular, the previous ruling that annulled the voting results in district No. 13 was overturned, and the elections were once again recognized as valid.

The annulment of the results only affected candidate Bakyt Sydykov due to the identified violations reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
After the recount of votes, the commission confirmed the election of deputies Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Karabekova.
The previous decision to hold repeat elections in this district was also canceled.

During the voting on the new ruling, nine members of the CEC voted in favor, while two voted against.

It is worth noting that the CEC had previously annulled the voting results in district No. 13 due to identified violations and had scheduled repeat elections.
