Nearly 4 million soms will be spent by the Ministry of Economy on a meeting with foreign guests

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan has initiated a tender for services related to the organization of official events for foreign delegations. This information was published on the state procurement portal.

According to the source, a budget of 3 million 931.4 thousand soms has been allocated for these meetings.

The technical specifications outline detailed requirements regarding transportation services, driver qualifications, the organization of tea tables for meetings at the airport, as well as coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners. Additionally, there are requirements for the concert program, rental of conference rooms, floral arrangements, and other aspects.

The deadline for submitting proposals from suppliers is February 27.
