During the meeting held by the city hall, results were summarized regarding the construction and improvement of road infrastructure for the year 2025.
According to information from the department, the reconstruction of the "Alga" sports complex has been successfully completed, significantly improving the conditions for training and holding sports events. A small arena accommodating 5,000 spectators ("Zhashtyk") has also been built at the D. Omurzakov stadium, the pedestal of the "Manas" monument in Ala-Too central square has been updated, an exhibition gallery has been erected in the Cholpon Tuleberdiev park, and a monument to Nuzup Minbashi has been installed at the intersection of B. Alykulov and J. Baatyr streets.
In the field of education, using the republican budget, a school for 650 students has been built in the "Ak-Bata" area, and the construction and major repairs of seven kindergartens for 1,200 places have been completed.
Additionally, a state city archive has been opened on Mesarosha Street and a library in the "Kolmo" area.
In healthcare, two Family Medicine Centers have been built in "Kok-Jar" and "Chon-Aryk," each equipped with modern medical technologies and an ambulance station.
A comprehensive program for the modernization of the city's street and road network has also been implemented. As a result of major repairs, roadways have been updated on 122 streets with a total length of 91.9 km, and sidewalks on 25 streets, with a length of 28.2 km.
Construction of two bridges on Shukurov and Auezov streets has been completed, and work on the bridge on Jibek-Jolu Avenue is nearing completion, with a readiness of 70%. This will significantly improve the city's transport accessibility. Additionally, an underground pedestrian crossing has been built at the intersection of Ch. Aitmatov Avenue and Minzhilkiyev Street.
